AUROCHEM is a Private Limited company promoted by the following Four Directors:

1. Mr. Pravin B. Desai - Chairman-cum-Managing Director.
2. Mr. Mahesh M. Shah - Director (Finance)
3. Mr. Piyush M. Shah - Director (Domestic Marketing/Contract Manufacturing)
4. Mr. Deepak D. Desai - Director (Exports-Marketing)

Mr.Pravinchandra B. Desai, a qualified Pharmacist, worked as a Manufacturing Chemist and Consultant with several Pharmaceutical Formulators for over 20 years before joining hands with the other two Directors to set up AUROCHEM. He supervises the overall production assisted by a Factory Manager, Quality Control Managers and experienced Pharmacists/Chemists AND also looks after the Export Marketing.

Mr. Mahesh M. Shah, looks after the Financial Management of the Company and other Company Affairs.

Mr. Piyush M. Shah, looks after the Domestic Marketing as well as the Contract Manufacturing undertaken for a number of reputed companies.

Business Turnover :

The total group turnover for the past financial year has been USD.10.0 million with over 80% of this turnover being exports turnover.

The projected turnover for the current year is targeted at USD.20.0 million
